Delivery Policy
At Trailsprout, we want to get your gear to you quickly and reliably so your family can enjoy the outdoors sooner.
Domestic Shipping — Australia
Standard Shipping
- $10 flat rate for orders under $100
- Free for orders over $100
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping
- $15 flat rate on all orders
- Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. We primarily use Australia Post and Sendle, and tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping — New Zealand
Standard International
- $20 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days (subject to customs clearance and carrier timelines)
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking is included.
Local Delivery / Pick Up
If you’re on the Bellarine Peninsula, we offer FREE local delivery for postcodes 3221, 3222, 3223, 3224, 3225, 3226 and 3227. This option will be available upon entering your postcode at checkout.
We can also offer free local pickup on request, please get in touch at info@trailsprout.com.au before placing your order.
Delivery Delays
Once dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather events, public holidays, customs clearance, courier network issues).
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order doesn’t arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at infor@trailsprout.com.au and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
